In the mid range, you'll generally get a properly shot and edited video, often including drone footage, with more attention paid to composition, pacing and storytelling. This is where most considered property marketing sits.

At the premium end, you're paying for a full cinematic production. Proper pre-production planning, specialist equipment, a dedicated crew, colour grading and an edit that's built to create genuine emotional engagement. This level is what tends to be used for premium developments, luxury listings and hospitality brands where the visual content needs to do real commercial work.

The Real Question to Ask

Instead of asking what property videography costs, ask what level of result you actually need it to deliver.

A modest listing might not need a premium production. A flagship development absolutely does. Matching the investment to the commercial importance of the property is what separates a smart budget decision from a false economy.

Get that right, and the cost becomes far less important than the return it generates.
